Arabica cherry AA is flats- bold, heavy and well formed, Screen 18 grading.The arabica cherry isn't what we're after though, it's the seeds that grow inside. Because each piece of fruit ripens at its own pace, so, our farmers inspect branches and pluck only those cherries that are deep red, leaving the green, yellow, and orange ones on the branch to finish ripening.
Arabica cherry often comes from single-origin or small-scale farms, and there is an emphasis on transparency in the sourcing process. This can lead to a direct and fair relationship between coffee producers and buyers.
